Instructions

Simple recipe to make soft chocolate sandwiches: is a healthy alternative for breakfast and afternoon snack for adults and children.

Doses indicated for about 20 pangoccioli

Knead all the ingredients together except the chocolate chips.

When the dough is well worked even frozen drips merge.

Let rise for about 40 minutes. Take the dough and form the balls of about 40 grams each. Let rise again until doubled in volume and bake at 180° for about 20 minutes.
