Instructions

Put the chestnut flour into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 pinch of salt and cold water 100 Cl.

Mix well.

Grease a baking Tin with oil and low, pour in the mixture, put onto it over the pine nuts and raisins, softened in warm water and squeezed, and Rosemary needles washed and dried.

Put in oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour, until it formed a sweet crust crispy and broken.
