Instructions
While the raisins are recovering in warm water, mix and sift the chestnut flour with sugar and a pinch of salt; put it in a large bowl and gradually add the milk and water and a tablespoon of oil, until dough is smooth and fluid.
Add raisins, pine nuts and chopped walnuts.
Pour the mixture into a large buttered cake tin already, up to a height of 2 cm, grease the surface with another tablespoon of oil and some butter and bake in the oven already warm for an hour.

- 300 g of chestnut flour
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 glass of water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Pine nuts
- Sultanas (same amount of pine nuts)
- Some of walnut kernels
- Little of butter
- Salt
