Steamed meat
Instructions
Crush the tomato, cut into pieces, onion and Zucchini, add salt and pepper.
Mix the mixture and spread it over the meat, spread out on a plate.
Cover the pot and place it on a pot, previously filled with water: Bake and then steam for about 10 minutes.
Serve hot.

- 140 g of lean beef
- 70 g of green zucchini
- 40 g of onions
- Green pepper
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 peeled tomato
