Instructions

Clean the artichokes and keep the stems.

Cut the artichokes into wedges and peel the stems.

Immerse in water acidulated with lemon juice.

Drain them and put them in a pan with cold butter, sauté, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes covered.

Add the cream and continue cooking until the artichokes are tender.
