Instructions
Pre-Cook the mussels, leave to cool and remove the shells.
Worked stracchino with garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
Unroll the dough and spread it and divide it into 12 rectangles, distribute stracchino and 3 national or 1 green mussels, close to candy place on baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with the egg.
Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
Serve hot.

- Puff pastry
- 250 g of stracchino cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 12 new zealand green mussels (or 36 national mussels)
