Put the butter in a saucepan and let it dissolve in water bath for one hour.
At this point the butter water has evaporated, while casein settled on the bottom of the container to form a layer of Hazel.
Line a colander with cheesecloth and filtratevi the mixture.
Pour the clarified butter in a glass jar, close and keep in refrigerator.
Compared to normal butter if you use half.
