Instructions
Divide the butter into pieces and let it melt in saucepan 1 moderate focus.
Remove the foam on the surface with 1 tbsp.
1 container collect the melted butter rather than bring down the dirt deposited on the bottom of the pan.
You can also melt the butter in a Bain-Marie.
When it is completely melted you do Cook for 10 minutes, let it cool and then put in the fridge.
After 1 hour the clarified butter is firm and can be removed leaving the bottom of the container.
