Instructions
Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Wash the anchovies, dry, diliscatele and chop finely.
In a bowl mix the butter until a cream to reduce it.
Mix it with the chopped, then with anchovy paste.
For grilled meats.

- 100 g of butter
- 50 g of clean anchovies
- 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste
