Instructions

For about 2 hours leave to soften the butter and cheese at room temperature.

In a bowl mix cream cheese, add the crushed almonds, mix and then add the softened butter.

The cream should be smooth and slightly whipped.

Lightly toasted croutons on Spalmatela.
