September pudding
Instructions
Let soften in cold water the isinglass.
Put on the fire, in a saucepan, the milk, the sugar and the vanilla stick (which then eliminate) from the flame and add the isinglass well squeezed, stirring until it is completely dissolved.
Wash the grapes and divide every grain in four parts (minus fifteen grains that can cut it in half and you will need for the decoration of the cake).
Whip the cream and 2/3 incorporatene to milk, along with the liquor and the grapes into small pieces.
Mix ingredients well and pour the mixture into a round pudding mold, with smooth walls, previously greased with butter.
Even out the surface and put in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Shortly before the deadline put a little cream remained that, meanwhile, may have slightly disassembled.
Dip the mold for a few moments in boiling water, dry it and invert the cake on the serving dish.
Cover the pudding with the remaining cream and decorated with grapes.

- 7 sheets gelatine

- 1 stick of vanilla
- 300 g of italy grape
- 50 cl of cream
- 1/2 cup of vanilla liqueur
