Semolina pudding (2)
Instructions
Boil the milk with the sugar, the vanilla and zest.
Lower the flame and pour with rain semolina, stirring constantly.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the grated chocolate, candied fruit into cubes and the egg whites very firm.
Stir the mixture and pour it into a mold from wet pudding of liquor.
Keep in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of milk
- 180 g of sugar
- 150 g of semolina
- 100 g of grated bitter chocolate
- 100 g of mixed candied fruit
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- Liquor
