Semolina pudding (3)
Instructions
Bring to a boil the milk with water to which you've added sugar; in the same Bowl, pour in the semolina rain; Add a pinch of salt.
Cook stirring for 10 minutes; remove from heat, softened with a knob of butter, add the raisins soaked and squeezed, grated lemon peel, eggs and stir.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake in preheated oven at medium heat for 40 minutes.
You can enrich the pudding by adding a bit of candied Citron.

- 150 g of fine grained semolina
- 100 g of sugar
- 75 cl of milk
- 1 lemon
- 50 g of sultanas
- Butter
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
- Candied citron (optional)
