Instructions
Chop 500 g of stale bread crumbs and sprinkle with 2 glasses of milk.
After 15 minutes mix well with a spoon and add 100 g of raisins found in little brandy, 100 g of pine nuts, 2 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 egg whites firm.
Pour the mixture into a greased pudding mold with butter and cook in a water bath for 30 minutes.
Serve cold with apricot jelly.

- For the mold:
- Butter
