Instructions
Put to soak the bread in milk.
After a few hours pass it through a sieve in 1 Bowl; Add the sugar, beaten eggs, raisins and grape seed, malaga private well washed and dried.
Then the rum and orange cut into pieces.
Put all in 1 mold lined with buttered paper and bake for 30 minutes at moderate heat.
Serve hot, covered with fruit sauce.

- 400 g of bread
- 100 cl of milk
- 250 g of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 250 g of raisins and grapes in malaga
- 1 glass of rum
- Candied orange
- Fruit sauce
