Frozen chocolate mousse

FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE A17180 INGREDIENTS for 6-8 PEOPLE 150 g dark chocolate, 200 g caster sugar, 5 eggs, 1/2 litre of whipping cream, orange or 1 2/3 tablespoons liquor (Grand Marnier, Cointreau).
In a saucepan, mix the egg yolks with sugar; set the bowl in a Bain-Marie over a fire, when the water is burning but not boils.

Set the saucepan from heat and place on a bed of crushed ice; beat the cream until it is cold.
