Frozen cups to macedonia
Instructions
Prepare the vanilla ice cream.
Proceed then to the filling of the cups that you did freeze in freezer for at least 30 minutes: fairies at the bottom of a layer of fruit salad, sprinkled of arrak, then sprinkle on ice cream shaped pellets with the appropriate tool.
Garnish each cup with two waffles and rolled with a spoonful of sour cherries in syrup.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 base cream ice cream (see recipe)
- 200 g of fruit salad
- 4 cups of arrak
- 8 rolled wafers
- Cherries in syrup
