Instructions

09517 CORDON BLEU with PUFF PASTRY COURGETTES INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 4 Cordon Bleu, 4 courgettes, an egg, 1 tablespoon Rosemary, flour, butter, salt.

PROCEDURE wash the zucchini and pass through the grater with holes.

In a terrinetta beat the eggs with the flour.

Add a little salt and the chopped Rosemary, then add the zucchini.

Mix well and divide the mixture with your hands into small meatballs.

Put on greased pan fire when hot will ask yourself two or three loose balls between them and appiattitele well with a spatula.

Cook on both sides.

Meanwhile Cook the Cordon Bleu in the favorite way and serve accompanied by puff pastry.
