09515 CORDON BLEU with YOGHURT SALAD INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 4 Cordon Bleu, a cucumber, 2 carrots, 1/2 red pepper, 2 celery sticks, a jar of yoghurt from 120 g, one clove of garlic, a tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil, a sprig of parsley, salt, pepper.
PROCEDURE prepare the sauce.
In a bowl mix the yogurt with the vinegar in diluted you salt, then add the oil, garlic and the chopped parsley and a pinch of hot pepper.
Mix well and store in the refrigerator.
Washed, dried vegetables thoroughly and cut into thin strips, you can use a grater with holes.
Put the vegetables in a salad bowl, add the yogurt sauce and stir well.
Cook the Cordon Bleu in the favorite way and serve accompanied with yogurt salad.
