Instructions

MARINATED SARDINES with LEMON 3_07123 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE prepared sardine fillets 24, 3 lemons, a red pepper, 4 potatoes, 100 g florets of broccoli, a sprig of basil, pine nut, 80 g 30 g grated Parmesan, 1 garlic clove, 12 cl of olive oil, a handful of fresh arugula, red onion, salt and pepper.
