MUSSELS with LEMON 3
Instructions
07613 MUSSELS INGREDIENTS 4 LEMON PEOPLE 2 kg of mussels, 1 lemon, a small jar of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons cream, 1 cup of white wine, 1 onion, salt, pepper.
Clean well PROCESS the mussels and place them in a saucepan with the wine, chopped onion and peel of the lemon zest, flavored with salt and pepper and simmer with the lid to open.
Peel and place in an ovenproof dish.
Lava cooking broth and mix it with 50 ml of mayonnaise and juice of a medium lemon and cream.
Place a spoonful of this sauce over each mussel and serve cold.
