00572 BOILED LEMON MUSSELS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of mussels 2 lemons, 1/2 cup of olive oil, salt.
Wash the mussels well and let them open in a pan over a fire; remove the upper part of the valve and filter their water.
Arrange the mussels on a serving dish and season with their liquid mixed with lemon juice and oil.
Serve immediately.
