Mussels with orange
Instructions
00176 MUSSELS with orange INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg.
mussels, 150 g of mayonnaise Calvi, 1/2 juice oranges, a little orange zest, lettuce leaves.
Scrape and wash the mussels, put them in a saucepan and put on high heat to make them open.
Deprive part of the shell without clam and then soak them on a plate garnished with lettuce leaves.
Lightly blanched orange peel and cut it into very thin streaks then add mayonnaise with orange juice.
Pour the sauce equally over the mussels and serve.
