Bucatini with zucchini
Instructions
Clean the zucchini, coarsely chopping and toss them in the pan with the garlic and 6 tablespoons oil for 5 minutes.
Combine the broken hands Mint, salt, stir and remove from heat.
Boil the bucatini al dente.
In a bowl mix the ricotta with a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
Mix the bucatini, combine Zucchini, stir well and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta bucatini
- 150 g of ricotta
- 10 zucchini novelle
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 10 leaves of mint
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Cheese parmesan
