Bucatini with vegetables
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes; Peel the beans and cut into small pieces.
Boil the vegetables for 15 minutes in boiling salted water then throw the pasta in same water with potatoes and green beans.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into chunks, mince the Basil and place them in a soup-tureen.
Heat 1/2 cup of oil with garlic and a few peppercorns.
Drain the pasta with vegetables, pay it in the soup-tureen, add the hot oil and stir.

- 350 g of type pasta bucatini
- 2 potatoes
- 300 g of green beans
- 3 tomatoes
- 10 leaves of basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Some grains of black pepper
- Olive oil
