19713 BONBONS CAPPUCCINO INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of chocolate, 200 g cream, 150 g extrafino milk chocolate, 100 g sugar, 2 tbsp Nescafe. Heat the cream, pick it up from the heat and add the Nescafe, sugar and chopped chocolate. Mix until a smooth cream, then allow it to cool and solidify. Melt milk chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Make small balls with chocolate and coffee cream, the size of bonbons and put them in milk chocolate. Leave them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and serve cold.
