Bucatini with anchovies
Instructions
Put oil and butter in a pan, add the garlic and just begin to take color, lift it, add the chopped anchovies and de-boned and stir until they are completely fulfilled.
Cook the bucatini in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, toss with prepared sauce and serve.

- 6 salted anchovies
