Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A l of milk, 10 tablespoons of cornstarch, 15 tablespoons of sugar (200 g), a stick of cinnamon, 6 egg yolks, an orange, a tablespoon of butter, 3 eggs, flour, 150 g of warm honey.

Boil the milk with the cinnamon and the grated zest of Orange.

Add the sugar and the cornstarch dissolved in a little cold milk, put it on the fire to thicken the mixture, stirring.

Add a tablespoon of butter and lay the preparation over a shelf from work leaving it cool.

When completely cool, cut in squares, dip them in the egg and flour and FRY in hot oil.

Drain and wet your hair lightly with honey.
