Polenta with cabbage
Instructions
In a Pan fry the grated onion and cloves of garlic, add the cabbage, cut into Julienne strips and add a splash of white wine, salt and pepper. Let it wilt gently until the wine evaporated
As usual prepared polenta that should remain rather soft. Once ready pour the cabbage and stir well to mix the vegetables. Place the mixture on a wooden cutting board and serve immediately sprinkling grated cheese surface.

- 50 g emmental cheese
- white wine
