Roast Turkey roll
Instructions
Ask the butcher to prepare the Turkey Breast in a big slice.
Place it on a cutting board and sprinkle with pepper and room.
Prepared chopped don Sage washed and garlic and sprinkle on meat.
Peel the pepper and cut into strips; place here and there on the piece of meat and roll it tightly.
Wrap the entire roll into slices of bacon and tied with kitchen Twine.
Preheat oven to 180°.
Grease a baking dish with oil and roll the meat so that it is completely greased.
Then distributed on the surface of the roll the butter into pieces and bake.
Simmer for about 1 hour and 45 minutes, by spraying half-cooked with wine.
Pour the oil into another dish for the potatoes and sprinkle with a teaspoon of salt.
Pour the potatoes into the baking dish and shake it well so that the potatoes and roll kind of oil.
Bake for about 45 minutes. Serve.
