Bruschetta with gorgonzola
Instructions
Using a hot bruscate grill the slices of bread for a few minutes and still hot and crunchy spread them with half of the butter.
Soon after, in a bowl, mix the gorgonzola cream together softened butter, incorporating and Marsala and continue to stir until mixture is smooth.
Finally, spread the cremina obtained on bread slices and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of bread
- 100 g of spicy gorgonzola cheese
- 10 cl of marsala wine
- 150 g of butter
