Bruschetta nicoise
Instructions
Cut the lettuce leaves into strips, two tomatoes and boiled egg slices.
Put everything in a bowl and add the anchovy fillets, pitted olives and green beans.
Seasoned with oil and salt.
Toast the bread slices and season with freshly prepared nicoise.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 leaves of lettuce salad
- 12 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- Some of gaeta olives
- 12 tomatoes cherry
- Some of boiled beans
- Olive oil
- Salt
