Salmon with pesto sauce
Instructions
2_07346 SALMON with PESTO SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets of fresh salmon, a pack of pesto, 4 ripe tomatoes, 2 tablespoons pine nuts, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt and place in a baking dish for cooking in microwave oven.
In boiling salted water, blanched tomatoes for a minute: spelateli and cut the flesh into small cubes.
Mix them with pesto and pine nuts and place the sauce on the salmon fillets.
Cook in microwave oven at full power for about 4 minutes.
Serve.
