Salmon with onion and apple

07280 SALMON with APPLESAUCE and 1 PERSON INGREDIENTS ONION, a slice of fresh salmon (150 g), half an Apple, half an onion, 100 ml white wine, a spoonful of powdered milk, a teaspoon of butter, salt and pepper.
PROCEDURE cut the Apple and onion into thin slices and carrot and butter.
Add the wine, add salt and cook until the onion is tender.
Spend everything in the Blender, add the milk powder dissolved in a little water in order to obtain a fine sauce.
Cook the salmon in a little slice of salted water and serve accompanied with compost.
