the TENDERLOIN 06122 PINOT NOIR 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 stalk of celery, butter, red wine, 4 slices of Tenderloin, salt and pepper.
PROCEEDINGS Boiled wine with all the smells to reduce it to a sauce soft and transparent.
Make stir-fry slices of tenderloin with Rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and add to the meat in wine sauce.
Let it soak for a minute, remove meat from the Pan and stir with a piece of butter.
Serve the fillets to wine, with a cream of onion and a little polenta.
