Pork Chops with mushrooms
Instructions
Season with salt and pepper the pork chops, fry them in a little oil, strong focus, when they are golden brown remove them from the fire.
Slice the onions and sauté in the oil of pork chops, when are transparent add the mushrooms, cut into thin strips, garlic and parsley, all chopped, Cook for 10 minutes.
Pour in the wine and Cook, over low heat to reduce the liquid.
Add the cream and cook another few minutes at most. Place the meat and warm up a little before serving.

- 300 g mushrooms
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 bunch of spring onions keep
