Instructions

05516 FRICASSEE of ARTICHOKES, tomatoes, spring onions for 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 8 small artichokes, 8 4 ripe tomatoes, spring onions, 100 g of small black olives 2 anchovy fillets in oil, 2 dl of vegetable broth, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 lemon, 1 sprig of thyme, 1 bay leaf, 2 basil leaves, a sprig of fresh cilantro and Chervil, salt.

CASE Clean the artichokes, cut in 2 hearts, put them in a bowl with salted water.

Cut the tomatoes into 4, remove the seeds.

Cut the spring onions to shoes.

Heat the butter and frullatelo with anchovies.

Tied together thyme, Bay leaves and coriander.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté for 2? artichoke hearts, together with related herbs, tomatoes, olives and the stock smoothie.

Cook for 10 minutes.
