Corn and bacon casserole

05199 CORN and Bacon CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 cans sweet corn extra fine, 4 slices of bacon, 4 ripe tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 1 onion, olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper.
Cut the bacon into small cubes and sauté 2 minutes in a terracotta casserole; then remove from Bowl and keep aside.
Wash and clean the peppers and remove the seeds and pith.
Cut it into small pieces.
In the same saucepan, combine oil and Brown, soft focus, chopped onion and chopped pepper, add chopped tomatoes and cook for ten minutes.
Add the corn, drained and rinsed, and Bacon; season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the chopped parsley and cook again for ten minutes.
Serve.
