Broccoli blanched in hot water for a few minutes.
In a pan with oil fry the garlic with pepper, then add the broccoli, raisins soaked previously made in a glass of water and well squeezed, and the anchovy fillets.
Add salt and simmer stirring for a few minutes.
Bruscate bread and season with the vegetables.
