Spaghetti with prawns and rocket salad

03353 SPAGHETTI SALAD with shrimp and ARUGULA 2 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 150 g of thin spaghetti, 1 packet of the naturale shrimp 100 g, 6/8 firm ripe cherry tomatoes, 1 bunch of Arugula, 1 lemon, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Remove the shrimp from the box, wash, drain.
Peel and wash the Arugula and cut it into strips.
Cook the spaghetti, drain underdone.
Place on a large platter and toss with oil and let them sit for 10 minutes.
