2_03045 MEZZE PENNE with OLIVES INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 360 g mezze penne, 200 g of canned tuna, 100 g of pitted olives, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper cook the mezze penne in abundant salted boiling water until al dente and drain.
Raffreddatele under running water for a while, then place on a tray and drizzle with a tablespoon of oil.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
