Mezze penne with prawns
Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, shell the shrimp and remove the dark drizzle along the back.
To Brown the garlic and chopped onions in 4 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the courgettes cut into triangles, mint, salt and pepper and cook for 7 minutes.
Raise the heat, combine shrimp, blow them up for 1 minute, then add the drained pasta al dente and skip the whole thing again for 1 minute.
Remove the garlic and season with chopped parsley.

- 350 g of type mezze penne pasta
- 400 g of shrimp
- 2 zucchini
- 2 spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 sprigs of mint
- Chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
