Instructions

03552 BUCATINI with SEAFOOD INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of seafood (clams/mussels), 200 g of tomato sauce, garlic, parsley, capers, salt, oil, 350 g of bucatini.

PROCEDURE to clean very well the clams and mussels and let them open with white wine.

In a Pan fry in oil 2 cloves of garlic, then add the shucked shellfish and let them flavor to open flame.

Add the tomato and capers, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and dress with the sauce now narrowed and a handful of chopped fresh parsley; mix well and serve.
