Mess of meat and eggplant

01030 EGGPLANTS and meat PIE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE half a kg of minced meat; 4 aubergines; 200 g sliced Gruyere cheese; 8 slices of bread; 3 eggs; 1 can of tomato sauce; oil; flour; milk; salt and pepper.
Season with salt and pepper the meat and sauté in a little oil, add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
Put the aubergines, cut into discs, salted for 30 minutes.
After ' dry and put them in flour, FRY in plenty of hot oil.
Grease a mould for flan and fill in alternating layers with slices of bread softened with milk, meat, Eggplant with slices of cheese, finished with a layer of bread.
Pour over the bread the beaten eggs, flavored with salt and pepper, Cook in the oven, Bain-Marie, until the mess is well linked (20 minutes).
Remove from the mold the mess while still warm and serve accompanied with the rest of the tomato sauce.
