01189 MESS of rice and vegetables INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g rice; 4 red peppers; 4 aubergines; 4 onions; 1 jar of garlic mayonnaise; 1 tbsp cooking cream; parsley; oil; Salt; Wrap vegetables (separately) in tin foil and cook in the oven until they're tender.
Peel vegetables and cut them into thin slices, flavour; lightly with salt and drizzle with 3 tablespoons oil and keep aside.
Rice boiled in salt water, wash it under cold water and drain.
Fill a mold round with alternating layers of rice and vegetables.
