Mess of tortellini

01374 MESS of TORTELLINI 6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 1 pack of tortellini for 6 people, meat sauce, 150 g grated grana, 70 g butter, 3 liters of broth, a little bread crumbs, a little white truffle (optional).
For the pastry: 250 g flour 130 g butter, 100 g sugar, 2 eggs, salt.
CASE mix the flour with the sugar, the fountain in the Center and place the butter, 2 egg yolks, a pinch of salt.
Knead only that much to mix the ingredients, then take a ball, wrap it in a sheet of greaseproof paper and keep it in a cool place for an hour.
