01206 MESS of TORTELLINI INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 650 g of tortellini; 100 g cream; 50 g ham; 50 g grated Parmesan; 50 g flour; 3 eggs; milk; breadcrumbs; butter; pepper and salt.
Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to the time indicated on the package and drain.
