Instructions

01206 MESS of TORTELLINI INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 650 g of tortellini; 100 g cream; 50 g ham; 50 g grated Parmesan; 50 g flour; 3 eggs; milk; breadcrumbs; butter; pepper and salt.

Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to the time indicated on the package and drain.

Cut the ham into thin strips.

Pour the cream in a saucepan and let it thicken with Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt, then add the tortellini and combine the ham.

Very generously buttered a pan and sprinkle of breadcrumbs, ask yourself the tortellini with their seasoning and a little pressateli.

Beat eggs, Add flour and a little milk.

Pour this mixture over the tortellini, filling well every crevice.

Bake at medium temperature for about half an hour, then put on a serving platter and serve.
