Instructions

00031 pear and CHEESE SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 pears, a tuft of Red radicchio, 100 g of spicy provolone cheese and Parmesan cheese, a bunch of Mixed Greens, salt and white pepper.

Wash the Red radicchio leaves and dry them carefully.

Disponetene 5 for each dish to form a corolla.

Carefully washed Mixed Greens and dry it.

Place a handful of Mixed Greens on each corolla formed by Red radicchio.

Wash pears, Peel and cut them into wedges.

Cut cheese slices.

Arrange the pear wedges and slices of cheese on Mixed Greens alternendoli.

Add salt and pepper and, if you wish, you can serve it with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and season with a few leaves of Basil or Mint.
