Pear and apple pudding
Instructions
Cook the peeled pears and apples with sugar and wine.
Combine amaretti crumbs.
Whisk the eggs and add them to the rest.
Put the mixture into a buttered mould and bake in a Bain-Marie in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Cold draft and cover with diluted jam with the liquor.

- 2 apples
- 2 pere
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 glass white wine
- 2 eggs
- Apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons of liquor
