Broccoli salad (2)
Instructions
Dip broccoli in salted water, then dry them well.
Crush 4 garlic cloves with 1 teaspoon of salt on a plate with a fork.
Must be a batter: put it in a small bowl and add oil, vinegar and mustard.
Mix and pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 head of broccoli with diced stalks
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
